Grant would like to welcome Kyla to the I Love Heritage team. Kyla has a Bachelor of Business and joins Grant in real estate after 5 years as a commercial airline pilot.
After having her first child, Kyla decided it was safer to sell old homes than fly old planes! Kyla shares Grant’s passion for heritage homes and they are both members of the North Shore Heritage Preservation Society.
Grant has lived all his life on the North Shore and now lives in a heritage home on Ottawa Gardens. Licensed since 1991 with Prudential Sussex Realty, he is in the top 3% of the 60,000 Realtors in the Prudential network.
Grant has a business background in sales and has served on the City of North Vancouver’s Heritage Advisory Commission and Advisory Planning Commission for 16 years.
Grant has received the “Heritage Awareness Achievement Award” by both the City and District of North Vancouver and has long been recognized as one of North Vancouver's leading experts of heritage buildings.
